Pawan’s technology consulting experience of more than 2 decades in various techno commercial roles in Software businesses. He has done his Engineering from IIT (Indian Institute of technology), Delhi. His contributions have been instrumental in scaling up Recruitment Smart. He is responsible for Sales, Product conceptualization, market definition, Revenue development. He has worked as a Business Unit leader for consulting firms like IBM, HCL, etc in the past. He has business experience in establishing recruitment business in UK and US as a Founder with an annual turnover of over £10 Million.
With 15 Years of Enterprise experience at renowned companies including Ernst and Young, American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds of London, Wipro, and TCS, Yusuf’s contributions at Recruitment Smart have been instrumental in Product Development, Strategy/Business Development, and Finance. He is also a founder of the start-up - Hyper M (2013) which focuses on technology consulting services in the Financial Services and Charity sector.
Vikas’s 17 years of global experience in leadership positions across start-ups and large organizations has been largely instrumental in setting up Recruitment Smart’s outbound sales engines and sales engines metrics. His deep expertise lies in starting new revenue-generating product and service lines and scaling operations. Vikas has worked with global firms such as HP in building sustainable revenue streams.
Khalid has 15 years of experience in managing corporate finance functions for large enterprises and has worked with KPMG advising global CFO functions. At Recruitment Smart he is responsible for managing corporate finance, fundraising, and investor relations.

significantly contributing to Series C & D funding events (300Mn/2.5 Bn and 1Bn/11Bn valuation).
Earlier Puri led key leadership roles with Enterprise Software majors and Global SI’s like Capgemini, Infosys, Genpact, HP
and Oracle to drive new growth and NextGen Digital Transformation solutions combined AI/Automation platforms for
Enterprise G2K clients globally.
Puri is an alum of Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with an MBA in Strategy & Marketing, and B.E.
from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi, India.

In addition, Devyani is CEO of the HR TECH Partnership which runs The Human Capital Digital Innovation Hub focused on Digital/AI solutions around leadership, culture, and talent management. She has done global roles in successful organizations across various industries such as Citibank, AT&T, British Gas, Rolls Royce, and BSI.
With over 30 years of commercial, international business, and HR experience, Celia has a portfolio of Non-Executive Director roles. She joined the Senior Plc Board as a Non-Executive Director in September 2013 and is the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, she is also a member of the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee. Celia joined the Board of DS Smith in early October 2019 as a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nominations and Audit Committees.
Anil’s experience spans over two decades where he was instrumental in building and scaling technology-based solutions, from the ground up, by leveraging his passion for innovation and technology and his astute sense of product positioning and marketing communications. His hands-on experience in articulating a business’s proposition, its brand communication, and market activation, especially by employing digital and omnichannel marketing, is a great asset for Recruitment Smart.
Mr. Srikanth has spent the last few years as the Chief Client Officer of QA, the U.K. market leader in tech and digital skills. Mr. Srikanth has worked at IGATE, where he co-led the IGATE-Capgemini merger, and at Infosys, where he was Regional Head of Europe for Financial Services and Head of Infosys UK.
Mr. Srikanth is also an early-stage startup investor, specializing in enterprise B2B SAAS. His understanding of the changing demands of the tech sector, combined with his years of experience in senior leadership positions, will be critical in achieving Recruitment Smart's vision of disseminating the power of Artificial Intelligence and employing it to build a bias-free talent ecosystem globally.
