The Recruitment Agency Expo 2017 was held on February 1-2 in London. Organized by Bluewater Events, the Recruitment Agency Expo was in its sixth highly successful year of bringing together recruitment industry giants and senior decision makers and business heads.
Recruitment Smart was very well received at the Expo; the effort put into innovation by us got a platform to be showcased in front of key market leaders and change makers. In fact, Recruitment Smart came across as the leading player at the show to have the technology to help make the hiring process more prudent for businesses using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. There were several other veritable technology vendors present at the Recruitment Agency Expo, including Textkernel, an Amsterdam based CV parser and lead generating tool, as well as Actonomy, a semantic search and matching tool. Also present was Placement Feed, a matching tool to generate candidate lists. The fact that we at Recruitment Smart were the only ones present that were based in the United Kingdom certainly did add to our appeal at the Expo. [x_pullquote type=”right”]The potential of evolution over time using the artificial intelligence designed by us was also widely appreciated. The capabilities of our Machine Learning also impressed quite a few leaders present, including Vicki Mortimer, VP of Lincoln International LLP, as well as Craig Kelly, a veteran search consultant from the industry with over two decades of experience, who showed interest in the developments made by us.[/x_pullquote]
It was also rather clearly established that Recruitment Smart came through as the definitive, leading contender when it came to innovation in the realm of recruitment software presently in the market, and was enthusiastically accepted by those present at the event. While many other tools are being fashioned to execute rather specific and elementary functions involved in the recruitment process, Recruitment Smart is perhaps one of the few all-rounders that make a significant difference towards the end result of making the process a lot more prudent for organisations than at present. The potential of evolution over time using the artificial intelligence designed by us was also widely appreciated. The capabilities of our Machine Learning also impressed quite a few leaders present, including Vicki Mortimer, VP of Lincoln International LLP, as well as Craig Kelly, a veteran search consultant from the industry with over two decades of experience, who showed interest in the developments made by us.
The Recruitment Agency Expo also brought Recruitment Smart into contact with Broadbean Technology, a data analytics and HR tech software, as wells as Idibo and Logic Melon, a multiposting and applicant tracking software, and the potential for working together towards innovating to make the process and customer experience better in the industry seemed rather fruitful based on the interaction. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have a lot potential, and our working with other innovators such as these can help the industry in tremendous capacity.
Whatever comes forth from us at Recruitment Smart from this point onwards is bound to impress, given the experience at the Recruitment Agency Expo, and the meeting with some of the others out there.
