Businesses across the globe are focusing on hiring a

Our AI-driven solution: Sniper AI
As an ambitious HR tech company that strives to offer

flagship AI-driven solution in the form of Sniper AI to automatically select
the best-fit professionals during the initial round of screening. Highly
experienced professionals from Recruitment Smart understood the talent
requirements of the telecom company and fed Sniper AI with the relevant inputs.The
AI-driven platform was then used to carry Equitable Hiring to conscientiously
remove cognitive and
inherent biases from recruitment as well as internal mobilization practice.
As Sniper AI already has had partnerships with all
leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), it integrated seamlessly with their
existing ATS Oracle Taleo. A series of competencies and traits were selected,
on which an applicant could be scored during the equitable hiring process. Criteria
were designed to help evaluate the desired set of skills. Sniper AI scored and
ranked candidates based on relevant skills, work experience, and cognitive
skills masking their name, ethnic, and gender identity. Candidates with the
highest scores were shortlisted.
Results
For the telecom
giant, Recruitment Smart worked on increasing diversity and promoting gender
parity. It matched the
applicants’ resumes as per the given job specifications, finding a perfect fit
at blinding speed. Sniper AI was able to achieve stunning accuracy of over 96% across a period of 3 months. The robust
machine learning algorithm of Sniper AI allowed it to receive more informed
feedback with every search, enabling it to select eligible applicants more
accurately with more usage.
Through equitable hiring, the telecom giant could enhance its gender diversity at the workplace by 18%. Further, Sniper AI could
help them to reduce their time-to-hire
by 25%. The telecom
company could conduct equitable hiring with external candidates and their existing
talent pool to carry out Internal Talent Mobilization .Currently, the
client has over 50 recruiters who are using our system for hiring over 2,500
positions on an annual basis across India, South-East Asia, and East Europe.
